These terms apply to your use of table.sprout.services and to the texts we send. The site is run by TableSprout, a Legal Sprout LLC company ("we," "us"). Legal Sprout LLC is a Delaware limited liability company. By using the site, you agree to these terms.
What this site is
This site describes our restaurant marketing service. Your rate is set on the call, and your service terms are confirmed with you before any work begins. Those confirmed terms govern our work together.
Results
The results on this site are El Taco Loco's, taken from the restaurant's Toast marketing reports and shown with its written permission. They show what happened at one restaurant. They aren't a prediction or promise of your results, which depend on your restaurant, your guests, your offers, and your market. We don't guarantee any level of sales. What we commit to is how billing works: you're billed only for a month that has cleared $4,500 on your own Toast or Square.
Text messages
- Program: TableSprout call confirmations.
- What you agree to: when you check the text consent box on our form, you agree to receive non-marketing texts from TableSprout about your call request. Checking the box is optional and isn't a condition of buying anything.
- How many: one text per form submission, plus replies to texts you send us.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply.
- To stop: you can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just reply STOP to any text from us. You'll get one final text confirming you've been unsubscribed, and no more after that.
- For help: if you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or email [email protected].
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Toast and Square
Toast and Square are trademarks of their respective owners. We name them only to describe the systems we work with. TableSprout is a Toast referral partner.
Using the site
Please don't misuse the site. That means no interfering with how it works, no automated scraping, and no false information in our form.
Our content
The text, design, and graphics on this site belong to us, except third-party trademarks and report screenshots, which belong to their owners. Don't copy our content for commercial use without our written permission.
No warranties
The site is provided "as is." We don't promise it will always be available or free of errors.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that arise from your use of this site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

If we change these terms, we'll post the new version here and update the date at the top.
