This policy explains what TableSprout collects through table.sprout.services, how we use it, and the choices you have. TableSprout is a Legal Sprout LLC company ("we," "us").
What we collect
- What you enter in our form: your name, your restaurant's name, city, cell phone number, the point-of-sale system you use, how many locations you have, and whether you agreed to receive our text.
- What you send us: texts and emails you send to us.
- Technical information: when you visit the site, our website host automatically records standard information such as your IP address, browser, device type, and the pages you view. The site uses cookies to recognize repeat visits and to protect against bots.
How we use it
- To review whether our service is a fit for your restaurant and to contact you about the call you asked for.
- To send one text confirming your call request, if you agreed to receive it.
- To keep a record of our conversations and answer your requests.
- To run, secure, and improve the website.
Text messages
If you check the text consent box on our form, we send you one text to confirm your call request. Checking the box is optional. We don't send marketing texts. Message and data rates may apply. How we share information
- We don't sell your personal information.
- We use service providers to host this website, run our forms, and send our texts. They handle your information only to provide those services to us.
- We may disclose information when the law requires it, or to protect the rights and safety of our business, our clients, or others.
- If our business is sold or merged, your information may transfer to the new owner, and this policy still applies to it.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
If you become a client
To run your campaigns, we work inside the marketing tools of your Toast or Square account, using only the access you grant. We can't see your books, change your prices, or change your menu. Your guest list belongs to you. We use it only to run your campaigns and never sell it.
How long we keep it
We keep your information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, unless the law requires us to keep it longer. You can ask us to delete it sooner.

Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of storing or sending information online is completely secure.
Children
This site is for restaurant owners and operators. It isn't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here and update the date at the top.
